Hail to the CO2

People in these times say that green house gasses are killing animals and plants .But if I remember my 1st grade science class plants need carbon dioxide and the more CO2 they get the more O2(oxygen).So even though we do produce methane we also produce CO2 so intern we indirectly produce O2.

  1. I think you are starting to see how misused certain words can be. At the same time, there are substances that are good for you in one quantity, and bad for you in another. For example, you need between 1/2 to 1 1/2 gallons of water per day. Less is bad for you. More is bad for you too. Try to drink 8 gallons of water per day (actually, don't try that) and you will see that it is bad for you.

I'm no biologist, but I can see a similar thing applying. I think that what they should really be saying is that they are concerned about having the optimal amount of all the right gases in order to maximize human, animal, and plant welfare.
